A mom and her daughter pleaded guilty last week to charges of battery on a peace officer, a felony, after a September scuffle with two city police officers at Huckleberry Variety in downtown Bonners Ferry.
Tim R. Jantz, 46, Bonners Ferry, was cited for DUI after smashing broadside into a tractor trailer on U.S. 95 at the turnout to the weigh station just north of Three Mile at about 8:30 p.m. October 6, then fleeing the scene.
