Life is full of choices, more so than ever at election time. Sometimes these choices are difficult, especially at the local level when all participants are known and the choice is between two honest, well-meaning people.
Any of you readers old enough to remember WWII will surely remember FDR at Yalta, and his remarks that Stalin was so paranoid that if we just gave him what he wanted we could deal with him.
The voters I’ve talked with are concerned about jobs, the economy, feeding their families, and scraping up money to buy gas to get to work. They want a congressman who will address these issues, not focus on his own private agenda.
