SOAP LAKE — The annual 3v3 Vape Awareness Basketball Tournament has opened registrations for teams to sign up for this year’s competition. EPHRATA — The Ephrata Parks and Recreation Department is once again hosting the Sage-N-Sun 3v3 Basketball Tournament this weekend during the Sage-N-Sun festival. Signups were open through May 31 for teams across four age divisions, according to Ephrata Parks and Recreation.
