Whitefish High School basketball players squared off against a squad of Whitefish Police and high school staff on Friday.  It was a well-matched brawl, but the police department and staff edged the students out 63 – 60. The second annual Mega Bowl Basketball game was a fundraiser for the Whitefish Police Protective Association, a nonprofit benefiting Special Olympics, youth sports programs, student scholarships and assistance for families in need.
