MATTAWA — In celebration of Washington State Archaeology Month, the Wanapum and Grant Public Utility District are holding two Archaeology Day events at the Wanapum Heritage Center. Tuesday was youth day and today will be adult day. The event will go from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. today with lectures, hide processing demonstrations and other opportunities to learn about the Wanapum.
