Holiday traditions filled the afternoon and evening Saturday as families gathered for the Naples Holiday Festival and the annual Chariots of Fire parade.
Festivities began earlier in the day with a craft fair held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Naples Elementary, offering community members an opportunity to shop locally during the holiday season.
Santa made appearances throughout the day, visiting with excited children and posing for photos from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. during festival activities. The Naples Holiday Festival continued from noon to 4 p.m. at the South Boundary Fire Station, where families gathered for seasonal activities, including crafts, games, Christmas movies, and fire truck rides.
At 4 p.m., Santa transitioned from the daytime festivities to the evening celebration, boarding a decorated fire truck to kick off Chariots of Fire, a holiday tradition featuring a parade of fire engines decorated in Christmas lights.
The Chariots of Fire procession departed from the South Boundary Fire Station and followed its established route, traveling to the Paradise Valley Fire main station before continuing through the Restorium and concluding at North Bench Fire Station 1. At each fire station stop, Santa and Mrs. Claus stepped down from the truck to visit with families and children before continuing along the route.
Together, the Naples Holiday Festival and Chariots of Fire offered a full day of holiday activities.
