FOR Spring basket raffle winners

Friends of the Restorium has announced three lucky winners of the annual gift basket raffle. The raffle raises funds to support and enhance the quality of life for Boundary County Restorium residents.
Ken Irons was the winner of the outdoor picnic basket. Irons is from Paradise Valley and was a rancher and mechanic before he retired.
Danna Sanders won the child’s summer play basket. Sanders was born in Boundary County and has been involved in restaurants her whole life.
Libby Bryant won the homemaking basket. Bryant is from Bonners Ferry and is a mother and homemaker.
The group extended its thanks to Super 1 Foods and the entire community for supporting Friends of the Restorium to enhance the residents' lives.
The annual Restorium Community barbecue, sponsored by the Friends of the Restorium, will be held Sunday, June 29, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Restorium. The event will feature a silent auction, a live food auction, and a special pie auction scheduled for 1 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 4 to 11, and free for preschool-aged children. A family admission is available for $30. All proceeds will benefit the residents of the Restorium.

Friends of the Restorium is a nonprofit organization founded in 2004 and dedicated to providing financial support to help the county-owned senior living facility. FOR’s goal is to enhance the quality of life for the residents.
The purpose of the organization is to attract financial support and provide resources for the Restorium through promotion of public education and awareness of the assisted living facility. Over the last 21 years, FOR has raised over $500,000 , which has been used for facility upgrades and to provide services that advance residents’ safety, care, comfort and enjoyment.
