The snow was deep and the stoke was high for DREAM Adaptive Recreation’s sixth annual Shred Fest last weekend. Participants raised funds and accumulated vertical feet as they either skied downhill all day or made uphill laps in challenging weather conditions.
DREAM Adaptive Recreation was founded in 1985, so in honor of the organization’s 40th year, the Shred Fest was 80s themed. Many costumes featured big hair and neon colors.
About 120 community members raised over $110,000, to date, to support DREAM’s outdoor recreation programs. Shred Fest donations will be accepted through April 15
