MOSES LAKE – Sandy, far right, hands out candy to Trick-or-Treaters Friday night. The group first visited Sandy and then went and visited Edna, far left. The Monroe House handed out candy to visitors from 6 p.m. to around 8 p.m. Friday night. Several residents dressed up and during peak hours, all sat outside of their doors handing out handfuls of sweet treats.
