Tennis teams have double sweeps

The Bulldogs continue to impress on the tennis courts. Whitefish swept Columbia Falls last Tuesday. The girls were 8-0 at Riverside Park and the boys were 7-0 over in Columbia Falls.  

The Dogs were able to reschedule one of the many matches cancelled for weather this season and headed to Libby on Monday. Rain threatened with delays, but the Dogs got it done – with yet another sweep, the girls 8-0 and the boys 7-0.  


Whitefish girls 8, Columbia Falls 0  

SINGLES — Liesl Brust, Whitefish, def. Bailey Windauer 6-0, 6-0; Emy Hansen, Whitefish, def. Ella Hepner 6-3, 6-2; Allie Shors, Whitefish, def. Fiona Bryant 6-1, 6-0; Ainsley Grubb, Whitefish, def. Campbell LaCasse 6-4, 6-4.  

DOUBLES — Camry Kelch-Lucy Marzo, Whitefish, def. Alanis Peterson-Madi Yerian, 6-3, 6-1; Delila Vine-Aubrey Talbot, Whitefish, def.
