ACSO seeking controlled substance homicide suspect

RITZVILLE — Adams County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance locating subject Brittney Marie Jones, 35.
On Nov. 18, 2025, ACSO and the Ritzville Police Department investigated a death in the 1600 block of Smitty’s Boulevard in Ritzville. The autopsy later showed the victim died from an overdose. Through investigation, ACSO detectives established probable cause for the arrest of Jones for a controlled substance homicide.
ACSO asks anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jones to contact the sheriff’s office at 509-659-1122. ACSO said callers may remain anonymous.
