The two buildings, located behind the campus’ main building, house Flathead’s auto shop, wood shop and pottery studio.
Kalispell Public Schools awarded the project to Kalispell-based Diamond Plumbing and Heating, which submitted the lowest bid, $934,900. The school district received one other bid from Northwest Mechanical Contractors for $982,250.
The money for the project is coming from the building reserve fund.
Work is scheduled to start July 1 and is expected to continue through Oct. 15.
