Auditions for the Cowabunga Show in Bigfork are set for March 16 and 18, and this year the variety show is drawing inspiration from some familiar puppets.
The show takes place every spring and serves as a fundraiser for the Bigfork Youth Center and Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre. Registration to audition is required by March 10, and talent of all ages are encouraged to throw their hat in the ring.
The show’s longtime mascot, the Cowabunga Cow, is back — and this time she’s led a wild troupe of Muppet-style Moo-pets onto the stage. With hoof-shakes, tail-twists, puppetry personalities, and musical mayhem, this variety show has it all: singing, dancing, comedy and live entertainment, according to an event posting for auditions.
Auditions take place on March 16 and 18. A link to sign up can be found on Bigforkchildrenstheatre.org/ or by emailing [email protected]/.
The Cowabunga Show runs April 17 and 18, starting at 7:30 p.m.
