Columbia Falls standout basketball player Bjorn Pedersen has signed to play ball with Carroll College in Helena.

Pedersen was first team all-conference and all-state his senior year, averaging 14 points per game and five rebounds.

He received both an athletic and academic scholarship and has a 4.0 grade point average.

‘I’m so excited,” he said. “It will be so fun.”

Pedersen plans on studying psychology.

The Fighting Saints were 20-9 last year and lost in the first round of the NAIA national tourney to Wayland Baptist under coach Dan Pearson.
