Fan favorite Zach Bryan will return to Under the Big Sky for the third time, eight-time Grammy Award winner Kacey Musgraves will make her festival debut, and Nathaniel Rateliff, a headliner during the festival's inaugural year, brings his soulful sound back to Whitefish July 16-18, 2027.

Organized by Outriders Presents and first held in 2019, the three-day music festival typically attracts about 20,000 attendees to Big Mountain Ranch east of Whitefish each summer.

Oklahoma singer-songwriter Bryan is a heartland country, red dirt, Americana type artist. He'll arrive in Whitefish following an international, 40-show circuit, "With Heaven on Tour" following the release of his latest album "With Heaven on Top."

Musgraves' genre-blending tunes and introspective, boundary-defying songwriting will be a highlight. She'll make her festival debut following her "Middle of Nowhere Tour."

Denver-based singer-songwriter Rateliff is known for soulful folk and energetic anthems. He played at Under the Big Sky with The Night Sweats in 2019 and 2021.

Joining the headliners are rising country-folk standout Sam Barber, country trio Midland, Texas country and Montana frequenter Paul Cauthen, and Brandon Flowers, the frontman of The Killers. Also on stage will be Canadian folk-bluegrass powerhouse The Dead South, alternative rock veterans The Wallflowers, Americana staples Dawes, and roots trio The Devil Makes Three.

Flathead Valley favorites Radio Ranch, Tomara, and the Tim Helnore Band return to the stage alongside Montana singer-songwriter Sterling Drake. Denim Gold duo of Hannah King and Michelle Rivers will reunite for another festival performance. Northwest Montana favorite hill-billy rock n' rollers Badger Hound will be on stage, as will Great Falls native Cash Muretta, Whitefish-born country artist Nicole Croteau, and Missoula singer-songwriter Chloe Gendrow.

The lineup also includes performances by Two Runner, Jess Williamson, Shelby Stone, Branlin Shockey, Cascadel and Joe Martinez.
