City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional DNS
The City of Moses Lake submitted an application on March 3 to construct a concrete drain pad to dry street sweepings and material removed from storm drains. The site is 11789 Road 4 NE, west of the existing City Operations Complex. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on Mar. 7. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, and Title 20: Development Regulations.
