Editor’s note: Kootenai County was transitioned April 9 to a new statewide electronic court records management system. Since then, The Press has been unable to acquire court records locally as we had in the past, but we are working with Kootenai County court personnel and the Idaho Supreme Court to receive the public information we have been sharing with our readers for many years. We will refine our records reporting as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
