Recently I was at the Hayden Walmart and noticed the young man on the parking lot gathering in the shopping carts. It was obvious that he was soaked through as it had been raining all morning. I asked him if Walmart supplied foul weather gear for the outside employees. He said that at one time there was rain gear but that had worn out and had not been replaced. He smiled and kept on working.
