BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 16 - 204 -CC IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND ORDERING THE RECYCLING THEREOF WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention to declare certain County-owned property surplus and dispose of same through recycling; and WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works has determined that this equipment is obsolete, has been discontinued, or replaced by newer models; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Grant County Public Works to recycle surplus property through TruRecycle (a division of Monarch Association) who will recycle these items; WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works has the equipment listed on the attached list; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 P.M. on January 10, 2017 and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
