North Cascades Bank VP graduates executive development program
CHELAN — Jennifer Puckett, vice president and loan operations manager at North Cascades Bank, recently graduated from the Washington Bankers Association’s Executive Development Program, according to a statement from NCB. This year-long course is designed to cultivate the next generation of banking leaders with a focus on the important economic, regulatory and competitive pressures facing the banking industry, the statement said. Puckett has been with North Cascades Bank for 13 years, starting as a teller and working her way to lead the bank’s loan operations department, the statement said.
