All mixed up in bicycle incident on 12th Street

A person who was on the way to work called the Columbia Falls Police Department to report a woman laying in the middle of 12th Street with her bicycle on top of her. She said she was sideswiped by another vehicle and although she didn’t have any injuries, she did rub her head repeatedly. When an officer responded, he discovered the woman appeared to be drunk. He helped her get home.

Meanwhile, retailers were hoping that their slumping sales get a boost from shoppers on Black Friday but early indications are that store traffic was light. The yield on the 10-year Treasury slipped to 0.85%.
