All in all, the Trotters had a ball with volleyball this fall.

Coach Kim Lakko and her Trotters faced Florence and Thompson Falls in the Western B divisional tournament in Mission Friday to complete play for the season.

Florence went on to win the Western B championship, Anaconda took second place, Loyola third and Thompson Falls fourth at the Western B. Florence and Anaconda now go on to represent the division at the State B portion of the Montana All-Class tournament in Bozeman this week.

The Trotters lost to Florence in three sets Friday morning and Thompson Falls in three sets later Friday.

Seniors Taylor Saner, Kalli Tuma, Macey Malmend and Randie Kilgore, juniors Aly Roy, Jaycee Carr, Mila Rivinius, Aubree Butcher and Claire Lakko, sophomore Hadyn Rice and freshman Reese Meredith were the roster members for the Trotters at the Western B last week.

Coach Lakko praised her squad. “I am grateful for each of the young ladies who participated in our program and am proud of their progress,” she said.
