US stocks drift lower as oil prices return to rising

U.S. stocks are drifting lower, while oil prices are rising again. The S&P 500 fell 0.3% Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 39 points, and the Nasdaq composite fell 0.3%.
