I am a resident of Mill River in Coeur d’Alene. Within the past few months, Sage Trucking Company has been using their trucking school site as a dump. They have old containers, broken up cement and dirt piles, trash, tree branches, non-running heavy equipment, RVs, cars, debris from landscaping and various vehicle parts.
