Car parade sends Wahluke High School graduates out in style
MATTAWA — It might not have been the way the Wahluke High School class of 2020 thought they would graduate, but they went in style Friday night. Graduation started with a parade through town, and ended back at the high school, where seniors were allowed out of the vehicle long enough to get a diploma.

Work planned for U.S. 93 west of Whitefish
This road reconstruction project will occur on U.S. 93 in Whitefish, starting near the intersection with Mountainside Drive and extending approximately 3 miles west to just past Livermore Flats. Work is weather-dependent.
Kennaly retiring as First Presbyterian Church pastor
Celebration planned for May 18
The First Presbyterian Church of Sandpoint announces that after 30 years as an ordained pastor and dedicated service Pastor Andy Kennaly will retire from church leadership. The community is invited to a celebration in his honor in the church Fellowship Hall on Sunday, May 18. The worship service is at 10:30 with a send-off party from noon to 2 pm.
Campaign launched to complete fundraising for ice arena
