NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE §45-805 TO THE FOLLOWING REGISTERED "OWNER": Shayala Partners, LLC This Notice of Sale is given pursuant to Idaho Code §45-805. This Notice relates to a lien in and to the following personal property, consisting of two (2) Arabian horses identified as follows: REGISTERED NAME: REGISTRATION NUMBER: Shayala 659707 2018 Unregistered Filly TBD Said horses are collectively referred to herein as "the personal property." Black Rock Ranch, LLC of 22456 S. Anderson Lake Road, Harrison, Idaho 83833, (telephone: 208-755-0755), the "Claimant," hereby asserts a statutory lien in the identified personal property under Idaho Code §45-805. This lien is based upon the following: (1) The Claimant provided boarding services for the benefit of Owner by boarding the personal property. (2) The amount of unpaid boarding services and costs for which this lien is asserted consists of the following: Unpaid Boarding & Expenses: $ 24644.53 Finance Charge: $ 3716.13 Lien preparation costs: $ 1000.00 Publication costs: $ 107.50 Attorney Fees: $ 1000.00 TOTAL: $ 30,468.16 (3) Said boarding services have gone unpaid for sixty (60) days. (4) The requirements of Idaho Code Section 45-805(b) have been met. The owner of the aforementioned horses is Shayala Partners, LLC, 34300 Woodward Ave Suite 200, Birmingham, Michigan 48009 (telephone: 248-766-2903), registered agent Jeffrey Sloan, 34300 Woodward Ave Suite 200, Birmingham, Michigan 48009 Said sum, together with the costs of sale incurred by Claimant, is referred to herein as "the delinquency." The personal property is located at 22456 S. Anderson Lake Road, Harrison, Idaho 83833. The personal property shall be sold at public sale to the highest bidder(s), in the method and manner directed by Claimant, with the proceeds therefrom being applied first to pay the delinquency, with the Claimant being entitled to credit bid as against the same. The sale shall be at Black Rock Ranch, LLC, 22456 S. Anderson Lake Road, Harrison, Idaho 83833 on December 21, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. unless the delinquency and all costs of sale being satisfied in full prior to the scheduled sale. Neither title to the personal property nor the merchantability or condition of the same shall be warranted.
